Low Country Boil a Great Success!

The Divine Mercy House first annual Low Country Boil on April 14 was a huge success! The boil,  attended by over 200 folks raised around $3000.00 for the Divine Mercy House Ministry.  The event took place at the beautiful Kalb horse farm tucked away just off Loretto Road in the heart of Mandarin. Along with music from Burt Davidson of The Playing Cards, there were numerous raffles, a silent auction with fabulous prizes and shag dance lessons provided by Vicki Hyde and The First Coast Shag Club. Dinner was a scrumptious all-you-could-eat shrimp boil with banana pudding for dessert. Drinks including wine and beer flowed freely throughout the night adding to the festive atmosphere supporting a most worthy cause.
