Divine Mercy House (DMH) operates under, "Divine Mercy Ministries, Inc.", a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are rendered for any contribution.

Divine Mercy House provides a Christian maternity home to single women facing unexpected pregnancies. Open to those of all faiths, it provides a loving, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment to meet the physical, spiritual, emotional, and educational needs of each mother and her child resulting in a solid foundation of goal setting and strong moral values for their future well being.

The IRS Form 990 for the three previous years shall be available for Inspection by the public during normal office hours by appointment only. The names and addresses of contributors on Schedule B shall be redacted in the form that is made available to the public. If someone from the public requests a copy of Form 990, copies will be provided for a fee of $1.00 per page plus postage, if any. Other corporate documents, such as bylaws, minutes, financials and policies and procedures shall be maintained as internal documents and shall not be made available to the general public, unless for a business reason as determined by the President of the Board of Directors & approved by the Board of Directors.
